Product Evangelist

As Product Evangelist, Jason is charged with the task of educating and enlightening users about the power and flexibility of the Adobe Production Studio. As an audio specialist, it is also a primary task to showcase how Adobe Audition compliments other apps like Premiere Pro and After Effects by allowing seamless integration for soundtrack creation, audio restoration and 5.1 surround encoding. Audition also ships with more than 5,000 original, royalty-free loop files in more than 30 different styles. Jason engineered, produced and performed nearly all of the loops contained in this collection, many of which were previously available on the popular loop site, Loopology.com.

On the broadcast front, Jason has recently been developing and hosting training sessions for journalists and engineers at the BBC in London. This series of broadcast-specific workflows (used by BBC Worldwide, BBC Technology and BBC TV members) has been archived into the BBC’s intranet for use by any of their staff, anywhere in the world. 2004 also found him working with engineers and producers at Sveriges Radio (Swedish Radio in Stockholm), assisting them in creating 5.1 mixes for streaming broadcast and using high-level audio restoration tools within Adobe Audition. In the last year, he has conducted over 50 master class seminars to more than 10,000 people from Vegas to London, New York to Amsterdam, and regularly holds audio training sessions at NAB and IBC in the Netherlands.
